Explore opportunities at upcoming university open days

Dare to Dream

Dreaming about pursuing further education is totally different to actually doing it. This is a daunting new chapter in life that’s going to be challenging and exciting all at once.

If you’ve been working hard to experience life at university, there are a lot of decisions to make (no pressure!). Before you send off your university preferences for 2021, there are ways to get answers to the questions that have been on your mind.

All universities host open days throughout the year. These are ideal for students, parents and high school groups to attend for information about what each institution has to offer.

It’s a chance to explore your potential university, see student accommodation, tour the campus, experience lecture halls and facilities and  ask questions. It’s an eye-opening opportunity, even if in the end you decide institution isn’t for you.

Isolation, bans and COVID restrictions have made open days difficult to hold this year, but there are many virtual and socially distant events going ahead. Here we’ve compiled a list of 2020 dates.

Don’t forget to share this list with your parents and mates to register your interest, especially given this year’s changes. There’s no excuse not to chase your dreams now!
