• Answer all questions as clearly as you can, this is your time to shine!

CEF Liability:

• CEF's decision in respect of all matters regarding any grant will be final.
• No correspondence will be entered into nor exchanged, and there can be no challenge or dispute available to any applicant.
• CEF grants are awarded on the basis of specified criteria and conditions.
• Grants are subject to availability.
• Even if an applicant meets all specified criteria, a grant may not be awarded.
• Due to the large volume of grant applications, CEF will generally not provide individual feedback to applicants regarding why an application was successful or unsuccessful.
• In accepting a grant from CEF you agree to waive, release and discharge CEF, its staff, volunteers and all partner organisations from any and all liability and/or responsibility.

Authority to publish:

If you are successful in receiving a CEF grant, from time to time we CEF would like to use photographs/images taken of you and/or by you (‘Images’) and spoken/written work or any other works produced by you (‘Materials’) to promote and publicise the work of CEF. The use of the Images and Materials may include, but is not limited to, reproduction throughout the world in electronic and print material, websites, social media sites and in media promotions. CEF will not use the Images and Materials for any purpose other than the promotion of its organisation and programs. Should you wish to restrict the use of the Images and Materials further, your application will not be affected.

• CEF is entitled to use the Images and Materials as many times and in as many ways as required, without any payment to you.
• The Images and Materials may be reproduced in colour or black and white and may be adapted, re-sized, altered, distorted and blurred for design purposes.
• You may or may not be consulted about the specific context or manner in which the Images and Materials are published.
• You waive all moral rights you may have to be identified as the author of the Images and Materials.
• Identification through the use of your name.
• CEF may put you forward to media for interviews and may call you to participate in interviews and CEF associated promotional events.
