Would you like to support CEF but are unsure of how you can do this without making an upfront donation or contribution? A great way to do this is to commit either a dollar amount or percentage of each sale to CEF. This can be a small amount, and can be done as part of a one-off campaign or on a regular basis. Whatever option you choose, CEF will assist in promoting and advertising your support and business through traditional and social media avenues.

Below are just some of the ways that companies, both small and large, are contributing to CEF to get you thinking. Have you got a great idea of your own? Then please, get in touch!

Two Teach is an educational examination resource provider with a broad range of examination packages across a wide range of curriculum areas. These examination resources are more than an exam and that is what they pride themselves on. They are about all the facets of the examination process and the people involved. Two Teach aim to have a quality product, empower teachers and strengthen students’ results post exam.

From every examination paper or resource sold, Two Teach donates $1 to CEF.

Having both grown up in regional areas, access to resources and education for all has been a strong focus for us. We believe in education for everyone and believe that all students have the right to shine. We have seen the incredible job and success stories made possible by CEF and we wanted a charity with real people and real results. One that we could form a partnership with and contribute to the wonderful work.

Alinta Energy has been supplying energy to Australians for over 20 years in both the gas and electricity sectors. The company is committed to getting the balance right – so that everyday Australians can enjoy reliable and affordable energy that also considers the future. The Foundation’s work is vital, practical, and Alinta Energy is very happy that our partnership is expanding.
As a country boy myself, I know how important it is to support country kids to further their education, so that their success can underpin the thriving rural and regional communities of the future.

Officeworks is focussed on operating a responsible and sustainable business that supports the communities where their customers, team members and stakeholders live and work. They recognise that operating in a responsible and sustainable way is essential to their growth and to deliver positive returns to shareholders over the long run. They call it their Positive Difference Plan, which outlines their goals to support their team, enhance their contribution to communities, source products in sustainable and responsible ways and reduce their environmental impact.

Officeworks selected CEF as a charity partner for their “Round Up to Make a Difference” campaign, encouraging shoppers to round up their purchase at the check out, with this amount donated to CEF.

I absolutely love your passion. I can see just how much it means to you and we will be pushing really hard to do everything we can for you. Going forward, we would love to partner and help provide part time jobs for some of the students that you are supporting.

Kerrie Flett, Officeworks Area Manager

Most definitely! Providing promotion codes for the use of CEF ‘family members’ is also another way you can contribute to our work and show your support.  A little goes a long way to decreasing the significant burden these students and their families face. For example, you could provide a discount code that CEF-supported students can use to:

  • purchase stationery for study
  • house necessities for set up of a new residence
  • purchase groceries
  • subsidise travel costs

Another great way for you to support CEF, our volunteers and our students, is to supply gift cards for CEF to use to either support students  directly, or to increase engagement and increase visibility of our work. We will always discuss with you how we intend to use your generous support to ensure you are making the most impact possible for rural and regional students.

NSW TrainLink is an Australian coach and train operator providing services throughout New South Wales and into the Australian Capital Territory. It also operates some interstate services to Victoria, Queensland and South Australia. With NSW Trainklink services providing transport options to regional Australia, they believe in the work of CEF and wanted to help make a difference.

NSW TrainLink provided travel vouchers for CEF to use to support students and to use as prizes in a competition to promote our University Survival Guide (USG).

NSW TrainLink is committed to providing vital connections for communities in regional NSW to help them grow, develop and become successful places. CEF does incredible work assisting regional students with access to education. We are proud to be able to help CEF connect students with educational opportunities recognising the positive flow on effect for local communities and their people.
