Audi Foundation - CEF Scholarships
Thanks to our partner Audi Foundation who have a passion for education and innovation, CEF is again offering Audi Foundation – CEF Scholarships for 2021. Several $5,000 scholarship are available. CEF National will assess and manage your application, and your local foundation will administer your scholarship if you are successful.
To be eligible for this scholarship you must;
- be aged 16-25 years
- have lived in or attended school in a CEF region
- be studying in a STEM related field (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) including apprenticeships, VET or university study.
Amount – $5000

Angus Barrett - CEF Mentorship
Angus Barrett runs a highly regarded saddlery and leather goods manufacturing business based in Orange, NSW. Growing up on the land, horses were his passion and as a cowboy at heart Angus now wants to mentor a ‘kid from the bush’ and share what he has learnt in the last 20 years.
To be eligible for this scholarship you must;
- be aged 16-25 years
- have lived in or attended school in a CEF region
- be passionate and motivated to learn

Broken Hill Scholarships
McLean Foundation University Scholarship

Eureka Benevolent Foundation University Scholarship

CAANZ - CEF Scholarship
Thanks to the generosity of the Chartered Accountants Benevolent Foundation and Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ), CEF offers the CAANZ – CEF Scholarship, 1 x $21,000 scholarship – $7,000 per year for 3 years. CEF National will assess and manage your application and scholarship if successful.
To be eligible for this scholarship you must;
- be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
- be aged 16-25 years
- have lived in or attended school in a CEF region
- be approved for an offer of place or enrolled on a full time basis in an undergraduate Degree that meets CA Program academic requirements OR undertaking postgraduate study in the CA program while on a placement in a rural or regional area (with preference given to areas within the CEF footprint). Dunmore Lang - CEF Scholarship
The Dunmore Lang College – CEF Scholarship is a part all-inclusive accommodation scholarship at Dunmore Lang Sydney. To be eligible for this scholarship you;
- Must be approved for an offer of a place or enrolled at the College.
- Applied and be eligible for a CEF Grant
The successful student will still need to fund the remaining accommodation costs which is approximately $18,000pa.
If you are interested in this scholarship, we suggest you complete the Dunmore Lang College application form as soon as possible, ideally by 31st December while you are waiting to hear back from your local foundation.
Amount – $9,000 (1/3 of your college fees)

Findex Community Fund - CEF Scholarships
The Findex Community Fund’s vision is to create equal access to opportunity for people isolated by location or circumstance.
Connecting young people with potential they didn’t know existed, The Findex Community Fund-CEF Scholarship is provided to a student studying in the finance, commerce or business related field.
Eligibility:
- eligible for a CEF grant
- be studying a finance, commerce or business related course
Amount: 6 x $3000 scholarships

Mary Vernon - CEF Scholarship (Central Australia)
The Mary Vernon-CEF Scholarship is provided to a student from the Central Australia Region and is funded by the Vernon Foundation. The scholarship provides significant financial support for a student to overcome the challenges associated with undertaking study from this geographically isolated area.
Eligibility:
- be aged 16-25 years
- lived in or attended school in the Central Australian community
- be approved for an offer of place or enrolled on a full time basis in an undergraduate Degree.
- not hold any other major scholarship exceeding the value of $2000 per annum.
- be identified by CEF Australia as requiring support.
Amount: $21,000 over 3 years

MH Premium Farms - CEF Scholarship (Agriculture)
Thanks to the generosity of MH Premium Farms, CEF offers the MH Premium Farms – CEF Scholarship. To be eligible for this scholarship you must;
- be aged 16-25 years
- have lived in or attended school in a local CEF foundation
- be offered a place or enrolled on a full time basis in an Agricultural related field of study – includes university or a registered training organisation.
- be identified by your local foundation as requiring support.
On farm work experience opportunities available where possible.
Amount – up to $17,000 capped at four years ($4250 pa)

SELX - CEF Scholarship
SELX believes providing rurally located students with opportunities for study is so important and they see it as the best way to give back to the community.
Eligibility:
- eligible for a grant from the local foundation in either Young, Braidwood, Goulburn, Harden, Snowy Monaro, Yass, Cootamundra or Boorowa
- be enrolled in agriculture based study

Snow Foundation - CEF Scholarships
CEF has worked with the Snow Foundation for many years. As well as supporting a number of CEF projects, they also provide additional scholarships to grant recipients from the local foundations of Shoalhaven, Snowy Monaro, Yass, Goulburn and Braidwood.

St Andrews College – CEF Scholarships

5 x $7,000 accommodation scholarships for 2021 study / Applications close December 31, 2020

Thanks to the generosity of the William McIlrath Charitable Foundation, CEF Namoi also offers the William McIlrath Foundation – CEF Scholarship. To be eligible for this scholarship you must;
- be aged 16-25 years
- have lived in or attended school in CEF Namoi region for a period of at least five years.
- be approved for an offer of place or enrolled on a full time basis in an undergraduate Degree in NSW.
- be identified by CEF Namoi as requiring support.
