Are you in your final year of study or early into your career and requiring some support to navigate the professional world? This exclusive CEF mentoring program is tailored to you!

We are excited to announce our latest intake for the mentoring program.

The mentor program is an incredible opportunity for CEF students and alumni to be matched with a mentor to discuss their goals and career aspirations. A successful mentorship can prove beneficial to both the mentee and the mentor, facilitating professional growth.

The first round of the program will take place from the end of April to July, with a subsequent program later in the year. The initiative is specifically designed for students nearing the end of their studies or those in the early stages of their careers.

Why should you take part in the mentoring program?

  1. Learn new skills;
  2. Broaden your network;
  3. Collaborate with seasoned professionals in a similar industry;
  4. Meet online or where possible in person;
  5. Build your employability through dedicated professional development sessions.

By committing to five hours of engagement over five months (for example, one hour per month), you can:

Our mentors hail from a diverse range of fields, including:

  • Agriculture
  • Finance
  • Tech
  • Retail
  • Business
  • Health
  • Education

Don’t let that stop you, if you don’t fit into those categories, we encourage you to apply and if you are successful, we will find a mentor who aligns to your interests. Limited spots are available!
