Barefoot to Boots Refugee Grant

South Australia (SA) | University of South Australia (UniSA)
Details: Barefoot to Boots is an Australian-based private sector NGO that supports refugees living in camps and their neighbouring host communities. The Barefoot to Boots Refugee Grant provides encouragement and support for talented, financially disadvantaged UniSA students from a refugee background as they embark on their studies. Applicants will be students from a refugee background who are studying any UniSA program. Students may be a commencing UniSA College student, or a commencing undergraduate student.

BCEF Future Regional Doctors Scholarship

New South Wales (NSW) | Charles Sturt University (CSU)
Details: Your home origin address has a Regional Rating of RA2-RA5, please check your Regional Rating prior to applying, Demonstrated financial hardship by providing a Centrelink Income Statement or outline your financial need in the 'Additional Financial Information' free text box in application'. Applicant should be studying for a career that could be applied to a rural context. There would be an intention that upon graduation the graduate would work in a country area; Applicant should have a strong empathy with the bush community;
Amount & Duration: $17,500, up to 5 Years

BCEF Yim Family Foundation Scholarship

Details: Your home origin address has a Regional Rating of RA2-RA5, please check your Regional Rating prior to applying, Demonstrated financial hardship by providing a Centrelink Income Statement or outline your financial need in the 'Additional Financial Information' free text box in application'. Applicant should be studying for a career that could be applied to a rural context. There would be an intention that upon graduation the graduate would work in a country area; Applicant should have a strong empathy with the bush community;
Amount & Duration: $17,500, up to 5 Years
Details: Must reside in the LGA (Local Government Area) for which you are applying and provide supporting documentation i.e. utility bill Demonstrated local community involvement i.e. membership of existing organisations and participation in your local community Willingness to commit to being part of a broad Mid North Coast Community Resilience Network during and upon completion of the subjects Time to dedicate to undertake the study required to complete the micro subjects allocated (need to confirm the average number of study hours required per subject)

Details: Helps students experiencing special difficulties who require financial assistance to continue their studies

Bertha McKenzie Endowment Scholarship

New South Wales (NSW) | Macquarie University
Details: A scholarship to provide financial support for undergraduate students.
Amount & Duration: One-off payment (1 lumpsum) of $5058

Betty Josephine Fyffe Medical Excellence Scholarship

New South Wales (NSW) | University of Newcastle (UON)
Details: 1st year of the Bachelor of Medical Science/Doctor of Medicine (Joint Medical Program), ATAR 95+, regional remote Australia relocation
Amount & Duration: 5 years, $50,000 maximum

Betty Josephine Fyffe Rural Equity Scholarships

New South Wales (NSW) | University of Newcastle (UON)
Details: Any year B Nursing, B Midwifery, B Physiotherapy, B Nutrition and Dietetics, B Occupational Therapy, B Medical Radiation Science, B Pharmacy, B Medical Science or Doctor of Medicine, Educational disadvantage/ Relocation rural remote/full-time
Amount & Duration: 5 years, $50,000 maximum

Beyond Bank Whyalla Study Support Grant

South Australia (SA) | University of South Australia (UniSA)
Details: The Beyond Bank Whyalla Study Support Grant will be available to Aboriginal Pathway Program and Foundation Studies students studying at the University of South Australia’s Whyalla campus.
