About the forum

The secrets to successful engagement with your local community will be the focus of this year’s NSW CEF Communities in Focus forum where we’ll unpack ideas to help your community fundraising, marketing and stakeholder relations.

As a valued member of the CEF family, we’d like to extend an invitation to you to join us at our event in Orange. Your weekend away will begin with the committee forum to exchange ideas and share experiences, your achievements and the challenges you face as you strive to support more and more wonderful young people in your area. At the conclusion of the forum, we invite you to join us for nibbles, drinks and networking.

Many of you will remember Percy the Pig, the giant papier mache pig who was pushed from Boorowa to Orange last year to raise funds for CEF. To mark the 25th anniversary of CEF, Percy is going back home! Please join us for a bacon and egg roll on Sunday morning at 10am to farewell Percy and his pushers.

Your attendance at this event is highly valued and thanks to the Raymond E. Purves Foundation, we are able to provide this forum at no cost and with complimentary accommodation at the venues listed. Places are limited so please get in early.
